Details of Serenity Home
This institution was started by the Diocese of Kanjirapally on 8th February 1999 in the land donated by late Miss ThresiammaKuruvinakunnel. Since 19th September 2001, SD Sisters are given charge of running the institution. Here we give special care for the terminally ill poor patients with cancer and other chronic diseases. Patients are admitted without any discrimination of caste, creed, sex or religion. We try to provide a peaceful and prayerful atmosphere to the inmates.
This home can accommodate 70 people at a time. Trained and experienced nurses take care of the sick people. The youth and house wives of the locality offer voluntary services. Doctors from the nearby Govt. hospital and private hospital regularly pay visits and offer free medical service
